Refund policy
At KYLA THE LABEL, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our garments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as seamless as possible.
1. Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you will have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

With all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Items returned without approval or outside the return window may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on made-to-order or bespoke garments unless the item is faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email cs@kylathelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your original order included standard delivery, this cost will also be refunded in accordance with UK and EU consumer law. Express shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at cs@kylathelabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.
